EUROPEAN CLOCKS HAVE BEEN MOVED FORWARD TO SUMMERTIME

European Union countries including France, Italy and Spain, as well as the United Kingdom have moved into summertime on Sunday, 31 March 2024 at 2 a.m., setting clocks forward an hour.

As Türkiye had ceased the implementation of wintertime with the decision of the Cabinet published in the Official Gazette dated 28 October 2017 and numbered 30224 in order to save daylight, henceforth the time difference between Türkiye and the European Union countries is 1 hour, whereas the time difference is 2 hours with the United Kingdom until 27 October 2024.
