ANNUAL CEILING AMOUNT OF SENIORITY INDEMNITY HAS BEEN UPDATED

The Circular on “Financial and Social Rights” with the serial number 1 (in Turkish, “Mali ve Sosyal Haklar Hakkında Genelge (Sıra No:1)”, the “Circular”) has been published by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, General Directorate of Public Financial Management and Transformation (in Turkish, “T.C. Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı, Kamu Mali Yönetim ve Dönüşüm Genel Müdürlüğü”) on 5 January 2024.

According to the Article 2 of the Circular, the annual ceiling amount of the seniority indemnity (in Turkish, “Kıdem tazminatının yıllık tavan tutarı”) has been updated as TRY 35,058.58 for the period beginning from 1 January 2024.
