EUROPEAN CLOCKS HAVE MOVED INTO WINTER TIME
European Union countries including France, Italy and Spain have moved into winter time on Sunday, October 27th at 3 a.m., setting clocks back an hour.
On the other hand, in the United Kingdom, clocks are set back an hour on Sunday, October 27th at 2 a.m.
Türkiye, however, has ceased the implementation of winter time with the decision of the Cabinet published in the Official Gazette dated 28 October 2017 and numbered 30224 in order to save daylight.
Kindly note that henceforth, the time difference between Türkiye and the European Union countries is 2 hours, whereas the time difference is 3 hours with the United Kingdom and Türkiye until March 2025.
