Due to the public holiday on 31 March 2025 to 1 April and the administrative leave between 2 April 2025 and 4 April 2025, the trade registry offices, tax offices, municipalities and other public institutions will not be in operation. Accordingly, to prevent any disruption in your official transactions, it is recommended that you complete the relevant applications and procedures within this week.

In particular, it is advisable for those who require carrying out the following transactions to take the necessary measures in a timely manner:

• All transactions related to the trade registry, including company incorporation, mergers, demergers, and amendments to articles of association;
• Official permit and license applications;
• Any other transactions conducted before public institutions.
