THE E-LEASE AGREEMENT ERA BETWEEN REAL PERSONS BEGINS

In accordance with the “Action Plan for Combating the Informal Economy,” the e-Lease Agreement Project, implemented by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, has been launched.

With the e-Lease Agreement Project, lease agreements made between real persons can be recorded and stored in a centralized system. This will enable users to execute lease agreements speedily, easily, and securely from anywhere they choose.

Lease agreements prepared by real owners of the relevant immovable via the e-State Gateway’s (in Turkish, “e-Devlet”) “Lease Agreement Transactions” platform can be directly approved by lessees.

In the next phase, the project is expected to expand its scope by including real estate agents and authorized individuals, enabling them to prepare agreements and submit them for approval of the parties.
