etin Yeşil was born in 1958 in Ankara. He was graduated from the Land Registry and Cadastre High School and Economics in Anadolu University. He worked as land registry office manager. In 1995, he developed the first land registry office automation software at Istanbul. He provided training at various foundations, associations and companies concerning the practice of title deed transactions and legislation. His professional articles were published in several newspapers and magazines. In 2008, he obtained the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Real Estate Appraiser Certificate. Between 2011 and 2017, he acted as the Chairman of the Istanbul Land Registry Members Association (In Turkish “Istanbul Tapu Kadastrolular Derneği”). He is the author of two books, “Practices and Legislation of Title Deed Transactions” (in Turkish “Tapu İşlemleri Uygulaması ve Mevzuatı”), 10th edition of which has been published in 2016 and “Title Deed Practices of Turkish Civil Code” (in  Turkish “Türk Medeni Kanunu’nun Tapu Sicili Uygulamaları”) published in 2005.
