Gizem Mutlu graduated from Pertevniyal High School in 2015. Following completion of her law degree at Istanbul University Law School in 2019, she has been accepted by the French Translation and Interpretation department at Yıldız Technical University in the same year. She has been registered with Istanbul Bar Association as from the January of 2021. She currently works as a lawyer and at the same time is pursuing her translation and interpretation studies.  She is proficient in English and French.
